May we let go
the reality we give to
our grief
our hurt
our sadness
our anger
our resentment
our fear
our worry
our anxiety
our guilt
our shame
our helplessness
our traumas
our complexes
our limiting beliefs
because
in reality we can never be defined by these.
These are just objects, created in IGNORANCE
of REALITY of that which never changes,
that is independent,
that is infinite-existence-consciousness,
that is the TRUTH of 'I',
on which they are simply superimposed.
